For about $7, you can get a steaming hot bowl of broth, noodles, and a selection of meats served with fresh bean sprouts, basil, cilantro, and a wedge of lime. Spice it up to taste with hoisin and sriracha sauce; everyone does it his or her own way. Takeout containers are available, but you’re probably not going to need one.
