Tucked back on a side street off Main Street in Canandaigua, this restaurant’s historic building is airy, with eye-catching local art displayed on the walls. Locally-sourced tomatillos are used in many of the Pacific Coast-inspired entrées, along with delicious queso oaxaca. The tequila bar is the best in the region, with dozens of choices and three sampler flights.
