1.) New or renewed subscription not being delivered?

Our magazine is bimonthly and is published near the 1st of every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November). If you renewed an expired subscription or started a new subscription in the few weeks before or after one of our publish dates, it may take as much as 6-8 weeks to see a new issue in your mailbox because you missed the mailing cutoff for the current issue. It was a timing issue delaying the start of your subscription but you will get the full subscription you paid for once it starts.

2.) Missing issues / gap in delivery?

If for some reason there is a single issue that is not delivered to you, please contact our office and we will send out a replacement copy or extend your subscription appropriately. We cannot resolve issues in your local mail delivery and ask that you contact your local post office to investigate/resolve any on-going delivery problems.
