When I visited Michael Tomb in his studio to talk about a possible (585) cover, I got dizzy looking at the art on the walls, so convincing are his trompe-l’œil creations. Tomb specializes in digital art made from nature, in much of his work assembling things from his own garden and then photographing them top-down.
Tomb is also a filmmaker, and his latest, The Arboretum Up the Street, is his fourth to be accepted by the High Falls Film Festival.
